Parkour was in every single one of us as a kid; jumping off swings, climbing trees, and hopping over cracks in the sidewalk. Parkour is a great way for youth to focus their energy into fun and functional movements. Training with us is fun and feels more like playing than exercising. Because of this, your kids will keep coming back for more, moving their body in challenging new ways, and gaining valuable strength and mobility needed to live a safe and healthy life.
This is great for kids who don’t gravitate towards team sports, aren’t confident about their physical condition, or sometimes lack the motivation to get off the couch, put down the videogame controller, and get outside and play! If your child happens to be a natural athlete, this is a great physical challenge that will help them fine tune their agility and coordination even further.
This is a GREAT chance for skiers, snowboarders and all extreme sport enthusiasts to try their tricks before hitting the slopes and trails!
