Classes are for students 6 years and up looking to focus primarily on tumbling and trampoline skills.
This is a great class
for cheerleaders who want to improve their tumbling skills, the gymnast who
prefers floor over all the other apparatus or the gymnast who wants extra focus on
their tumbling or more trampoline time, the dancer who wants a greater repertoire
in tumbling, as well as the newcomer looking to learn tumbling skills.
This class is designed for individuals new to tumbling or those that are continuing
to gain strength and work on improving their basic tumbling skills and shapes. It
will focus on basic tumbling skills and strength/conditioning necessary to safely
perform these tricks. The majority of skills will be learned on the floor starting with
basics (shaping, forward/backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridge
kickovers, etc.) Students will also work on beginner skills and body awareness on
This class is for students that have mastered the beginner tumbling curriculum.
Class will focus on intermediate skills on floor (back walkovers, back handsprings,
round off back handsprings, front walkovers, front handsprings, etc). Students will
also spend time learning intermediate skills on the trampoline and putting skills
together in sequences.
This class is for students that have mastered intermediate tumbling skills.
Students will learn advanced tumbling skills from back and front tucks to pikes
and layouts as well as progressing to twisting on the floor and trampoline.
