Adult Fitness Classes 
Description
 

This program will teach you different techniques to use while working out. This hour-long class combines four components to make a total body burning workout. Casey combines power, endurance, strength, and cardio into her circuits in this class. Come surround yourselves with fitness members trying to accomplish similar goals and make some friends!

Youth/Teen Fitness Classes 
Description 


This program will teach kids proper form while working out as well as the benefits of nutrition and exercise. This hour-long class will test the limits of each fitness member. At the beginning of each month, Casey will test how many repetitions each fitness member can handle in each exercise. The four components used are power, endurance, strength, and cardio. This is great for kids to make friends and learn how to exercise with proper technique.

90 Day Program 
Description
 

This program will teach you how to build healthy habits to improve your lifestyle. 3 months of nutritional guidance, accountability, and workout programming tailored to the individual’s specific goals. This program includes all fitness classes, weekly zoom calls, and a personalized program. Soak up all the benefits and get ready to be impressed with your life changing results! Become the best version of yourself.
