WARRIOR CONDITIONING

Join our in-house Ninja and UNAA Champion, Coach Jason, for some serious Warrior Training! This class is designed for athletes ages 12+ who are looking to increase strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. Training includes boxing, sword play, strength and conditioning, obstacle courses and more. Use as your primary form of exercise or to compliment your sport training. We encourage athletes to sign-up for two classes a week.
